Carl Jung & Buddhism On The Unconscious

buddha3What is the unconscious and do you really have one?

Jungian psychology and the Yogācāra school of Buddhism both investigated the depths of the human psyche. Both proposed the existence of a hidden layer beneath our everyday conscious mind. Both the similarities of their views and their differences give us fascinating insights into the functioning of our own psyches.
