Michael Moore's new documentary, “Where To Invade Next,” premiered at the Toronto Film Festival this week. Although many expected the documentary to be looking at the price of the U.S. empire, Moore appears to have gone in a slightly different direction.

Early reviews of the film say it has a comedic tone, with Moore telling the Pentagon he will invade other countries to steal their good ideas. The filmmaker travels the world, exploring different health care, education, and economic systems and comparing them to the situation back home, including the turmoil in Ferguson.
